Urban Design really came through for me when I really needed it. They were able to handle all the steps needed in a timely manner including dealing with PG&E and they communicated with me at every step. Trent was polite and he made sure all the work was done the day of to avoid having to come back another time.
Trent and Elio were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer my questions. They kept us apprised of the status of the job, which we appreciated since power was off for about 6 hours and my husband is severely disabled and on medical equipment. They had notified PG&E that power needed to come back on as soon as possible, and so that was taken care of earlier than I expected! Trent and Elio were great!
I needed 2 wall sconces installed and was lucky to work with Trent. Very nice, polite and he worked hard at cleaning up after the job was done. He also advised that a surge protector would be advisable in the power box, so he installed that as well. I will definitely be calling Urban Design for any future electrical work needed.

This was the best electric job we have ever seen. Trent was on it from the moment he arrived. He was on the run until the job was completed. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for us installing a 220 in our garage, 3 exterior outlets, a hanging light in the kitchen and a ceiling fan. I wouldn't call anyone else! Also their office staff deserves major kudos for expedients in handling the business aspect of the job. Thanks team, you all are tops in our book.
